Here's why fans believe the ink is a nod to the Poosh founder.

It's no secret that Travis Barker loves tattoos. The Blink-182 drummer has been covering his body in ink for years—in fact, GQ reports that at least 70 percent of his body has been tattooed at this point. Most of the designs are linked to fond memories of the past, so it's not surprising to see that many of his newest designers are inspired by his wife, Kourtney Kardashian. His latest tattoo also appears to be a nod to the Poosh founder. On January 21, 2023, Barker posted a carousel of images on Instagram, and the last photo in the series debuts his new ink: a pair of eyes and eyebrows placed on his upper thigh that look like his wife's. "Oh hey there," he captions the post. Kardashian seemingly confirmed that her own eyes match the eyes in the tattoo by reposting the photo of her husband's ink on her Instagram Story.

Even though the band member hasn't confirmed that the body art is a reference to the reality star's facial feature, many fans are convinced due to the resemblance. The comments section is filled with inferences about the eyes. One follower writes, "Omg that tattoo. Wow. They nailed Kourtney's eyes." Another Instagram user shares, "I love the tattoo of her eyes…It is super realistic and on point!" One fan adds, "Definitely kourts eyes."

This tattoo would be one of many dedicated to Kardashian. After they first started dating in 2021, Barker got his wife's name inked on his chest and got his forearm branded with "I love you" in Kardashian's handwriting. The Kardashians star opened up to Today about the process. "I wrote ‘I love you’ in cursive language, and then, I did it," she said, referring to the fact that she tattooed Barker herself with the tattoo gun. "I put it on." After Kardashian finished her masterpiece, Barker posted a photo of it on his Instagram Story, calling it "My favorite tattoo from my favorite artist."

After getting engaged, Barker included a tattoo of his wife's lips on his bicep. Tattoo artist Scott Campbell was responsible for the ink, and he shared a photo of the art on Instagram at the time. "Lips straight from the mouth of @kourtneykardash," he wrote. "Congrats you two ✨🖤💍🖤✨."

In 2022, the couple got married three different times. They kicked off the wedding festivities with what they’re calling a "practice ceremony" in Las Vegas after the 2022 Grammy Awards in April of 2022. Since they never obtained a marriage license, the wedding wasn't legal, however. A month later, the pair officially tied the knot at a Santa Barbara courthouse. For their third and final nuptials, the duo threw a lavish wedding in Portofino, Italy that same month, and all of their friends and family attended.
