Loose Women viewers were left fuming at their TV screens as the show's panel discussed Netflix's real-life Squid Game reality show.

Netflix has reportedly been filming a new reality competition show based on the hot-grossing fictional Korean show that became a world number-one success in 2021.

In the new reality series, participants are reportedly battling it out for £3.7million as they face formidable challenges testing them on every level, according to The Sun.

And it appears that Loose Women panelists Ruth Langsford, Brenda Edwards, Coleen Nolan and Linda Robson will not be tuning in to watch it.

For the latest instalment of the hit ITV show on Tuesday (January 31) the ladies discussed the upcoming extreme reality show. re

"That looks horrible," they all said, after watching a clip from the series.

"Why do people want to do it? Ruth asked, before adding: "These reality games get more and more extreme."

Coleen then said she couldn't watch the original Netflix series, as it made her feel "uncomfortable."

"I’m worried they’re going to keep pushing it," she added.

Following their discussion, people watching the show at home took to Twitter to call out the panel, claim

"That show is nothing like squid game, Jesus get a grip," one viewer raged.

Another added: "They're obviously not hurting or killing anybody! Chill out."

"@loosewomen really? It's a reality game about strength and mind, no one's getting killed, these people and physically and mentally fit trying to win money. Have a word with yourselves," penned a third viewer.

Someone else joked: "Just like Total Wipeout with fog."

A fourth person wrote: "That show would be better with a celeb version."

Filming is currently underway for the reality show, however recent reports claim that contestants at the UK studios described "extreme" conditions while filming for the show.
